Leslie Lynch

Leslie Lynch, LMT, EFT

Licensed Massage Therapist, EFT Practitioner, Empowered Healthcare

My practice began in 1993 & I became an Educator in 1997.  I’m on staff at the NMT Center & have been an instructor at The Reese Institute and Central FL School of Massage.

My favorite kind of work involves helping someone truly destress though a combination of bodywork/cupping, EFT, and essential oils.

Each session is tailored to the client and that day’s issues. While massage works on the body, EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a massage for the mind.  The combination is very powerful. I also teach classes in EFT and Essential Oils at the Maitland Wellness Center.
