My heart has always been to serve others, and daily I do that through helping people on their journey to natural health and wellness.

I’m a certified PTSD Specialist, Life Coach, Motivational Speaker. Spiritual Mentor, and Reiki Master Practitioner.

My vision and goal is to build a bridge between western and alternative medicine.
