My focus is to help you on your path toward processing and replacing the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are no longer serving you with the coping skills, strengths, and behaviors that will help nurture you, help you achieve your goals, and flourish into the most excellent version of yourself.

I am passionate about working with adults and college students experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, stress, grief, challenges with self-esteem development, identity exploration, and those navigating their spiritual journey. I approach counseling from a humanistic, holistic, person-centered, and strength-based perspective, viewing my clients as the experts in their own lives. Through therapy, I focus on expanding self-awareness, increasing self-compassion, and empowering you by utilizing mindfulness-based practices, psychoeducation, art therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I believe establishing equilibrium between the mind, body, spirit, and societal roles allows individuals to foster their well-being and maintain long-term wellness after therapy ends. I utilize this holistic approach with a trauma-informed multicultural lens.
